Registration & Pick-up
The bus departs Kilcona Park Alliance Church (1977 Norris Road) at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Monday and returns on Saturday at approximately 12:00 p.m. of each week's session. Please arrive on Monday at 8:00 a.m. for registration and our mandatory head lice check.
If your child is not taking the bus, they should arrive at the campsite by 9:45 a.m. on Monday and not be dropped off before 9:30 a.m., as the staff will be busy preparing for the week. Campers will not have access to cabins until after their orientation session. Please ensure they are picked up no later than 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
All campers must be signed in and out by the legal parent or guardian unless prior written approval from the legal parent or guardian is made directly with our General Director.
