Camper Drop Off & Pick Up

As this is our first summer of having all campers register and check in/out at the campsite at 33 Olafson Blvd, Victoria Beach, MB, we want to explain our Monday drop-off and Saturday pick-up in a bit more detail. Please also view both videos below to help visualize what to expect.

If this is our child’s first time attending camp, we want to help make it a positive experience. We invite first-time campers to arrive at 9:00 a.m. on Monday to proceed through our mandatory lice check, register, and take a brief tour of our campsite.

All other campers are asked to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. Please note that you will not be admitted earlier than the times listed above, and the gate to the entrance of our campsite will be closed until the scheduled times. Other than first-time campers, this will be a drop-and-go system, and we ask parents or guardians not to linger after registering your child.

Pick-up on Saturday is between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m., with the gate to the parking lot opening at 10:20 a.m. Upon arrival, your child and their luggage will be escorted to your vehicle. A staff member will facilitate the sign-out of your child at your vehicle. If there is a change in the person designated on the form for pickup, please notify the office well in advance, as your child will not be released to anyone undesignated. Please ensure your child is picked up no later than 11:15 a.m.
