Visitor Policy
As Faith Bible Camp is an overnight camp for children and youth, we must ensure that our campsite is a safe space for our campers. As such, please interpret our diligence in enforcing these policies as our earnest desire to maintain our campers' safety, ensuring they have an enjoyable and meaningful time while attending our camp.
If you are planning to visit while camp is in session, we require that visitors remain respectful of the overall camp program and refrain from causing disruptions to our activities. Visitors must submit a request to visit our campsite a minimum of 24 hours in advance and adhere to our camp rules and program. We ask visitors to inform us of who they are planning to visit, the purpose of their visit, and the time of their visit. The maximum time a visitor can remain on site is two hours. Within our programming structure, the most appropriate times for visiting are from 2:00-4:00 p.m., 6:30-8:30 p.m. or 7:45-9:45 p.m. for teen sessions. Please click here to fill out a visitor form.
Upon arrival, if you have been provided a visitor code by our camp office, please enter it on the keypad and then press # to open the gate. Once through, please re-enter the code and press # to close the gate. Please repeat this process when it is time to exit. If you haven’t been provided a code or have misplaced it, please call the camp office at 204-783-9564.
We ask that after parking, you contact the person you are visiting to have them meet you before proceeding into the camp. If you are unable to reach them, or they are a minor, please call the office at 204-783-9564.
All visitors are required to sign in and out of the logbook and wear a visitor’s pass for the duration of their stay. The logbook and visitor’s pass will be at our Welcome Centre board, which is located immediately after exiting the parking lot. In most circumstances, visitors will be accompanied at all times by a member of the current session’s staff. At no time shall visitors enter any camper cabin or block washroom. We would ask that you use the washroom facilities located in our central dining hall (red building).
